USDA Programs Administered by NCDA&CS Food Distribution Division
The Food Distribution Division administers nine food programs for the Food and Consumer Service of the United States Department of Agriculture.

| Food Distribution Program on the Indian Reservation (FDPIR) |
Persons below the Federal income poverty guidelines who live on the Cherokee Indian Reservation |
| Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP)/Elderly Feeding |
Women, infants, children and elderly persons below Federal poverty standards |

School age children in schools |

Red Cross Shelters |
All agencies that receive USDA commodities have to be a non-profit agency with a tax ID number.
