Employee Relations
The
Employee Relations Section manages policies and guidelines on the State's Disciplinary
Action, Suspension, and Dismissal Policy and the Department's Grievance Policy.
Information is also provided on the State's Employees' Assistance Program (EAP).
Counseling is available to employees, managers and supervisors, and applicants
with regard to policy guidelines.
