Seats 1000 people theatre style - 520 banquet style
Full Day - more than 6 hours $700.00
Partial Day - less than 6 hours $400.00
Tables & Chairs included
- Individual rooms - 1,2,3 or 4
Seats up to 100 people theatre style - each room
70 people banquet style - each room
Full Day - more than 6 hours $200.00
Partial Day - less than 6 hours $125.00

- Hall A, B or C
2 Halls – (Full Day) $600.00 (Partial Day) $300.00
Seats up to 200 people theatre style - each hall
190 people banquet style - each hall
Full Day - more than 6 hours $400.00
Partial Day - less than 6 hours $200.00
Tables & Chairs included
- Food Service:
Per Event - Kitchen use - 2 or more meals $250.00
Per Event - Kitchen use - 1 meal $150.00
Per Day - Serve Food - No kitchen use $100.00
- Outside Space:
Per Day - $.05 / sq. yard $150.00 - minimum / day
Per Day – Food served on grounds $50.00
- Building Overtime:
Per Hour $50.00
- Initial payment required for space reservation
- Initial payment is non-refundable within 30 days of event date
- All Vendors/Caterers must have Facility approval
