Exporter of the Year Award Nominations
Objective
Recognize outstanding export business practices in North Carolina and encourage other North Carolina businesses to achieve the same level of excellence in exporting.
Who
Target small to medium sized firms, agriculture associations or individuals that take the risk, utilize the resources and successfully export. The winner must be based in North Carolina.
How
Nominations must come from North Carolina based companies, associations or individuals involved in exporting. Solicitations will be made through an e-mail distribution and a posting on the ncagexports.com.
Selection Criteria for Consideration
- Increases in volume and value of sales
- Increase in the number of new markets
- Utilization of available resources
- Inclusion of North Carolina in the branded and promotional process
- Willingness to assist other in the export process
- Positive impact on the perception of North Carolina
