BROILER/FRYER: Daily Southern Broiler/Fryer

Trade sentiment was mostly steady.  Demand into all channels was light 
to instances moderate, best for active ads and promotions.  Supplies of 
all sizes were usually sufficient to satisfy trade needs.  In the parts 
structure, movement was fair to moderate for mid-week trading.  Tenders 
and wings were in good balance to short of full trade needs, and 
continued to move well.  Breast items were at least adequate to readily 
available, but dark meat cuts were sufficient to well cleared and 
clearing satisfactorily. In production areas, live supplies were moderate
