Jan 2, 2009 USDA Market News PROCESSED EGGS: Weekly National Dried Eggs (Fri) Mostly prices were unchanged to lower on whole and unchanged on the balance of dried products when compared to last week. Trade sentiment was noted as mixed, but usually steady. Post holiday demand remained light to very light as dealers assess current market conditions. Supplies were more than sufficient for immediate trade needs. Dried eggs processed under federal inspection for the week ending 27-Dec-2008 were 11% less than last week, but 2% more than a year ago.
