SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance


Prices were unchanged in all areas.  Trade sentiment ranged at
best steady to weak.  Demand was light to good, mostly light to
moderate.  Current supplies were mostly adequate to fully adequate,
at times ample for trade needs.  Breaking stock offerings were
usually sufficient for the light to moderate demand.  Spent hen
offerings were adequate to available for lighter than normal
processing schedules.
