Beef trimmings firm on light demand and light to moderate offerings. Fresh 90% lean closed at 139.53 while the 50% earned 65.17 on 23 trades. The Cutter Cow Cut-Out value is estimated to be 108.61 up .54. On Wednesday the import trade reported steady prices on a very light market test. Bull meat was reported at 142.00 on the East coast and cow meat at 128.00 on the West Coast.
