AS OF 7 JANUARY 2009.                                                           
                                                                                
The market tone on bulk parts was steady to fully steady, with meats steady     
to barely steady, instances weak.  Demand was light to moderate. Trading        
was seasonal and ranged from slow to moderate.  Offerings of bulk parts was     
light and meats offerings are fully adequate.  Export:  Livers 31 cents ,       
hand defatted tom gizzards 94-95 cents and tom necks 29-30 cents all
