Commissioner Troxler congratulates Joe Freeman of Mistletoe Meadows in Ashe County, at the cutting of one of the farm's Fraser firs. The 24-year-old tree, in background, was chosen for display in the Blue Room at the White House. It is the 10th tree from North Carolina to be selected for the honor.
