Plant Industry - Seed Section
Seed Dealer's License
A seed dealer's license is required for any person or company selling seeds in or exporting seeds from North Carolina. This includes vegetable, lawn or turf, and agricultural seeds for seeding purposes.
A seed dealer's license is purchased annually and is valid for the calendar year. Fees are as listed below:
